I've always wanted to try a self-defense class, which is why I came to MPower Fitness for the first time, but now I honestly love all of their classes. Kickboxing burnout is one of my favorites! Killer workout that gives me the feeling of "mission accomplished"!! Also, being able to train with a guy who is originally from Thailand and truly a Muay Thai pro is awesome too! Price is greaaat too! Thank you, Nat and Jessica!! You guys are the best!

This gym is the best! Nat, the owner, was a professional Muay Thai fighter in Thailand. He really knows how to train, and I've seen a real improvement so quickly. I came for kickboxing, and now I take literally every class I can. They even have a self-defense class every other week that has been so empowering. The energy and fun is truly next level. It's intimate and awesome. I can't say enough positive things about this gym! :)
