Nat is a certified Martial Art Fitness Instructor. Nat started his Muay Thai journey in Lopburi Thailand and Sityodtong Muay Thai camp. He's always around the gym to helps gives any tips on Muay Thai technique for beginner to advance level.

I've always wanted to try a self-defense class, which is why I came to MPower Fitness for the first time, but now I honestly love all of their classes. Kickboxing burnout is one of my favorites! Killer workout that gives me the feeling of "mission accomplished"!! Also, being able to train with a guy who is originally from Thailand and truly a Muay Thai pro is awesome too! This gym is the best! Nat, the owner, was a professional Muay Thai fighter in Thailand. He really knows how to train, and I've seen a real improvement so quickly. I came for kickboxing, and now I take literally every class I can. They even have a self-defense class every other week that has been so empowering. The energy and fun is truly next level. It's intimate and awesome. I can't say enough positive things about this gym! :)
